REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Here are the following important information and answers to your questions about our Refund & Return Policy.

Can I Get A Refund, Or Can I Return My Items And Get A Refund? What Are Your Return and Refund Policy?

You will NOT be refunded once you have worn, colored, sprayed with hairspray or styled with your hot iron tools your Chicsy Hair Extensions, and therefore, it’s important to use the tester first.  Our Return and Refund Policy are similar to Exchange Policy stated below.

For Custom Made Hair Extensions

We cannot accept return and refunds as these are custom made hair extensions specifically designed for you.

Please read below our important information to be able to qualify for return and refunds: –

Please Note: You can try on the 1 piece tester placed outside the bag first prior to sending them back to see if it matches your natural hair color.  We will only accept a refund or an exchange if the actual whole set has not been opened and worn.  Once your orders have been returned and received by us, we will analyze and check the condition of the hair extensions and the packaging both internally and externally to ensure that there is no dirt residue or damage.  We will also analyze the condition of the bag and hanger.  All Chicsy Hair Extensions must be shipped back to our warehouse in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or otherwise, an exchange will not be issued.  Please note, customers are responsible for shipping fees for the return and exchange.

Please Note: If your exchange set is in good condition and there are no signs of damage then we will be able to approve your exchange.  You will then be sent your new Chicsy Hair Extensions with your new chosen color and size EXCLUDING shipping costs.

Please Note:  We highly recommend that you also open the bag carefully and that the whole set and tester within the bag must be intact and in good condition prior to returning them.

Please Note: While we accept an exchange, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We will gladly pay for the return costs if there was an error (such as sending you the wrong color or faulty items) with your order.  And we highly recommend that you also send your exchange items with a tracking number, as Chicsy Hair will not be held responsible for lost returns.

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs of your own exchange items to ship back to your destination if your exchange items are not approved due to signs of dirt residue or signs of damage.

Also, please you must indicate on the package “RETURN ITEMS AND NO DUTIES” otherwise your package will be returned to you.

Faulty Items

Our Warehouse team will carefully analyze and inspect each item prior to shipment.  We also use robust packaging and ensure that we package and seal your items carefully to avoid any damage during transit and delivery process.  If for some reason you find that your item is faulty, please do not hesitate to email us at info@chicsyhair.com and clearly describe the condition of your items.

Please follow the steps below, you must copy from number 1-7 and answer the following questions by email at info@chicsyhair.com.

  1. You must first email info@chicsyhair.com
  2. Write your Subject on email either Exchange, Return or Refund and your Order Number.
  3. Write your full-name, delivery address, invoice number, order number and the date you received your Chicsy Hair Extensions.
  4. Write the reason for your Exchange, Return or Refund.
  5. Clearly explain and indicate that you have only tried the tester and that the actual whole set has not been opened or worn on your hair and there are no signs of dirt and damage.
  6. We also encourage you to take photos of your Chicsy Hair extensions (inside and outside the bag and include photos of all items) in different angles including the tester, the bag, and the hanger and attach these photos to your email.  This will speed the process for us to identify the issue.
  7. If you wish to exchange your Chicsy Hair Extensions, please state the color and size required.  Otherwise, state that you wish to receive a refund.

Once we have received your email, we will then issue your Return Information and the Invoice for your Return Shipment.  If the item is faulty, we encourage you to take photos of the items first and attach the photos to the email.

We will also provide you with our return address, where all exchanged and returned items will be analyzed and inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange, return and refund.

How Do I Return My Items And Get A Refund?

To Return and get a Refund it is exactly the same process for Exchange written above this.

We recommend that you contact us first at info@chicsyhair.com within 1-3 days from the date you received your items.  For any Chicsy Hair Extensions purchased online, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item, in which you can return and exchange them or get a refund.  All Chicsy Hair Extensions must items be shipped back in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or otherwise an exchange will not be issued.

  7. If you wish to exchange your Chicsy Hair Extensions, please state the color and size required.  Otherwise, state that you wish to receive a refund.

Once we have received your email, we will then issue your Return Address and the Invoice for your Return Shipment.  If the item is faulty, we encourage you to take photos of the items first and attach the photos to the email.

We will also provide you with our return address, where all exchanged and returned items will be analysed and inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange, return and refund.

When Will I Be Issued A Refund?

You will be issued a refund once our Warehouse has received, analyzed and inspected carefully and confirmed that your returned Chicsy Hair Extensions were in complete good condition and in original packaging. This process will normally take 1-2 working days and a refund transaction might take up to 14 working days depending on your bank.

Can I Exchange My Hair Extensions? Do You Have An Exchange Policy? It Does Not Suit My Natural Hair, The Color Is Different.

Yes, you can exchange your Hair Extensions,  provided the extensions have not been opened or worn and remain in their original condition.  You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your Hair Extensions to return and exchange them at our own expenses.

When Will I Receive My Exchange?

You will receive your new Chicsy Hair Extensions with the different size or color once our Warehouse has received, analyzed and inspected carefully and confirmed with us that your returned Chicsy Hair Extensions were complete, in good condition and in its original packaging. 

When Can I Exchange My Clip-In Hair Extensions? What Is The Exchange Period?

You can request an exchange, return or refund within 7 calendar days from the date your item is received.  You will not be able to exchange, return or refund after 7 calendar days from the date you received your item.
